Returns

Our policy adheres to EU regulations regarding returns. You have the right to return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@pero-nino.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@pero-nino.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
